Discover has come out with a new card called the Discover Motiva. If your one for carrying a balance on your credit card then Discover wants to strike up a deal with you.

Here is how it works. The motiva card is a no fee with rebate perks. If you make sure to meet the on time payments six times in a row they will rebate the next months interest entirely.

They will give up to 2 rebates a year and now all bill payments online, automatic debit and by phone have no charges.

WIth this card they are providing you with a 3.9% intro rate which goes up to Feb 2008. You then earn 1% cash back and up to 20% rebates when you spend at their selected retailers.

So.. in closing.. what do you think.. good deal or not?
