This is what Susan Palmer said about the Amazon visa card : I have a few personal credit cards that I use for in store purchases, I have my main business credit card, so you would think that I really wouldn’t have a need for another card, but the reason i went ahead with getting the Amazon Platinum Card was pretty simple really. My husband and I are both avid book reads and we have used Amazon store online for purchasing books and dvds for quite some time because you only have to wait 2 to 3 days to get them in the post on regular mail.
We decided to go ahead and get it because not only does amazon.com business card give us $30 which we can use to buy a few more books when you sign up but the way it works is, you earn 3 rewards for every dollar you spend online, and 1 reward point on every dollar spent at grocery stores, gas stations and places you eat out at. Then when you hit 2,500 rewards they send you a $25 gift certificate in the mail. At first I thought that it would take quite a while to rack up 2,500 points but honestly between filling up with gas, buying shopping and purchasing our regular books each month it only takes us just over a week between me and my husband to accumulate that. The nice side is that there is no annual fee. Quite frankly it makes shopping through them even better than it was before. the Amazon.com visa card is becoming our most used card..all the best.
